Getting started from zero

New to wallets and tokens? Follow this guide from start to finish to securely set up, fund your wallet with USDC on Solana, and acquire PHR with confidence.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Step 1

    Create a wallet (first-time setup)

Install Phantom, then create a new wallet. Write your secret recovery phrase on paper and keep it offline. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including support.

  2. Step 2

    Secure your wallet before funding

Enable app lock/biometrics and double-check your backup phrase is stored safely. This is the most important step before you move money.

  3. Step 3

Add USDC on Solana to your wallet

Buy or transfer USDC on the Solana network into your wallet. Also keep a small amount of SOL in the same wallet because Solana transaction fees are paid in SOL.

  4. Step 4

Go to the PHR buy page

Open the PHR buy experience, connect your wallet, and verify you are on the correct site and URL before approving any connection request.

  5. Step 5

    Swap USDC (Solana) for PHR

In the swap widget, set the input token to USDC on Solana, enter the amount, review route/fees/price impact, and approve the transaction in your wallet.

  6. Step 6

Confirm token receipt and manage safely

After confirmation, verify your PHR balance in wallet assets. If needed, manually add the token mint address from official Phronis sources only.

Safety checklist

  • Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
  • When sending funds, always choose USDC on Solana (not Ethereum or other networks).
  • Confirm URLs before connecting your wallet or signing transactions.
  • Test with a small amount first if you are new to swaps.
  • Keep extra SOL for network fees so transactions do not fail.
